Massage

Massage is one of my clients favorite treatments.

This is due to the fact that it not only improves the aesthetic appearance of the skin, but also the client receives a relaxing effect. In the modern world, the rhythm of life is so active that few of us can find time to be in silence, alone with themselves, with their thoughts, or vice versa without them.

This procedure will give you not only fresh, toned skin, but also joy and peace.

Massage treatments are a great way to prevent the first signs of aging.

During the procedure, blood circulation improves, due to this, the skin is saturated with oxygen. And also, the metabolism is normalized, puffiness decreases. All this stimulates the skin to renew itself faster, more actively use its resources to maintain a young state.

Nowadays, there are a large number of different massage techniques.

In my practice, I use three types of massage: classical, lymphatic drainage and myofascial.

• Classical massage is focused on keeping the skin in good shape, reducing swelling on the face and correcting wrinkles.
• In lymphatic drainage massage, the emphasis is on the lymphatic system, which makes it possible to more effectively fight edema, eliminate bags under the eyes and tighten the oval of the face.
• Myofascial massage has no effect on the muscles themselves, but has on the fascia (the sheath of connective tissues surrounding the muscles) instead. A technique aimed at rejuvenating the skin and modeling the contours of the face oval. It relieves tension from facial muscles and jaw muscles, thereby increasing skin elasticity. It is the muscles that are the point of application of stress. Having worked out each mimic muscle separately, psycho-emotional blocks are removed.
