Peeling (from English to peel – to clean, exfoliate) is a procedure performed for the purpose of caring for and / or treating the skin, which consists in removing various layers of the skin.
Peels can do wonders with the skin. Chemical peels contain various acids. Each of them has its own unique effect. They are able to fight bacteria and reduce breakouts. It also improves complexion and evens out skin tone. Some acid peels can have a superficial effect, while others are deeper. With this procedure, it is possible to rejuvenate the skin and smooth out even scars.
