My journey

It will not be a scientific text with beautiful phrases and turnovers. It will be a story of the soul, with inspiration and emotions.

If you are really interested in “my journey”, then you will read this text to the end.

It all started a long time ago, when I was still in school… As a teenager, I had very problematic skin. My mom suggested that I go to a beautician. I agreed. The master was found randomly, through an advertisement in the “Reklama” newspaper. I was booked in for a facial cleansing.

My first beautician was a very nice woman. She was very kind to me. And also, I really liked how she mixed different ingredients from which the mask was obtained. I heard the sounds of hissing (I still don’t know what was in the composition). I remember the sounds and smell of Darsonal. For me, it was like magic.
The result was not long in coming. My face was getting prettier every time! I was so glad!

I also wanted to be the same magician! Let other people be more beautiful!
In the 12th grade, I began to explore options … But training as a beautician was paid and very expensive. Mom couldn’t afford it…

I had to choose something else. I entered a budget place at LLU at the Faculty of Food. Pretty well graduated and received a specialty “Hotel and catering business”.
After that, I worked for some time in catering, then as trader and even in an exchange office, but my soul demanded the same …
It’s good that there is a person nearby who always supports me. And one day he told me: “Julia, you need to start somewhere!” That’s how my beauty career was launched…

Waxing courses were the first. I was so happy! True, I probably tortured the poor teacher with various questions. Then I went to sugaring. Then for a manicure and pedicure. And finally I got to the esthetician of the face!
When the teacher handed diplomas to everyone, she said that she wanted everyone to be as meticulous as Yulia (i.e. me)!
I started providing waxing and sugaring services. I had to practice a lot before becoming a professional. Attended seminars on improving the technique of working with sugar paste. I studied with a coach from America and Moscow.
But when I started working with the face, I realized that the knowledge of an esthetician was not enough for me.

Having discussed all the pros and cons in the family, it was decided to go to study at “International College of Cosmetology”.
The first year was very difficult.

Not only because there were complex subjects, but because it was in same year that my eldest son went to the 1st grade and the youngest son went to the nursery.
It was very difficult, not at all easy … but we handled it all! I graduated from College with honors!

I got the profession that I dreamed of, despite the difficulties, age and family circumstances! I proved to myself and others that nothing is impossible!
